Based on the role of the International Institute for Judicial and Diplomatic Studies in promoting modern legal thought, and its commitment to exchanging expertise and experiences among the leadership and legal staff in the Arab world, the institute regularly holds specialized conferences and programs. These conferences and programs are either fully organized and prepared by the institute or are conducted in collaboration with Arab, regional, or international organizations and bodies.
Conference Activities:
The institute aims to provide gatherings and forums that allow participants to interact, exchange views and information, and discuss contemporary issues in legal and administrative development in the Arab region and globally. These forums also aim to identify and define the current challenges facing administrative development and determine successful ways to address and overcome them.
Training Programs:
Through its training programs, the institute supports the efforts of Arab countries to develop the capabilities of legal and administrative leaders in central government bodies, local administration, and public institutions. It also works to enhance the skills of personnel working in legal and administrative development institutions across the Arab world, including trainers, researchers, consultants, notaries, and information specialists.
Conference and Program Plan:
The scientific and advisory boards of the institution work in coordination to continuously study legal developments, innovations, and the requirements of legal practice. The goal is to prepare specialized legal programs that provide scientific, legal, and professional benefits to participants, including lawyers, legal advisors, and other members and candidates from commercial and legal companies, as well as governmental agencies, ministries, and bodies across the Arab world.
The Training Department aims to contribute to supporting legal and administrative development efforts in the Arab world by enhancing the performance of Arab personnel at various levels—executive, middle, and senior management. This is achieved by providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties professionally and efficiently through a variety of programs in different areas of law.
