The Foundation contributes to the development of legal and administrative knowledge and enriches legal and administrative thought in the Arab world. It also studies the reality of contemporary Arab laws and management to help diagnose problems and find appropriate solutions. These publications include research, studies, translations, and guides addressing general issues of shared interest in Arab countries.
From this perspective, the Foundation believes that all the aforementioned activities require active participation between the Foundation and those interested and specialized in Arab management and legal matters. Therefore, the Foundation has introduced a new approach called “Scientific Membership of the Foundation”, which enables participants to exchange experiences and administrative information effectively.
