Terms and Conditions:
- If the number of participants is less than 8, the organization has the right to postpone the program/conference.
- The organization will be responsible for any modifications or cancellations if unforeseen circumstances arise that cannot be avoided. In such cases, participants will be compensated for the duration of the cancellation or postponement.
- In the event of the program/conference being canceled, the participant has the right to a full refund of the amount paid.
- If the participant wishes to postpone, they must notify the organization in advance (according to the withdrawal, postponement, or cancellation policies).
- The participant may withdraw from the program/conference by providing written notice at least 10 days before the start date (according to the withdrawal, postponement, or cancellation policies).
Withdrawal, Postponement, or Cancellation Policy for Refund of Registration Fees for Programs/Conferences:
- The full amount will be refunded if the event or program is canceled or postponed by the organization’s management.
- If the participant withdraws before the program starts by at least ten working days, 50% of the paid fees will be deducted.
- If the participant requests withdrawal after the program has started, they will not be entitled to a refund, except in cases of emergency (serious illness or the death of a first-degree relative), provided that no more than half of the program duration has passed. If the duration exceeds half, no refund will be granted. (Please note that these excuses must be approved by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and be documented).
- No refunds will be issued without providing a copy of the payment receipt or proof of payment completion.
- The participant nominated by the employer must submit an official letter to cancel the nomination, which must be received by the organization or the cooperating entity at least 5 working days before the program/conference starts.
- Once any amount is transferred to the organization’s account or the details are submitted via the link, it will be considered as the participant’s agreement to the terms and conditions of the program, according to the organization’s electronic transaction system.
- The amount can be transferred to another program/conference and any difference paid, provided that the training management is informed at least 5 days before the program or course start date.
- The program or conference fees must be paid to the authorized accounts of the organization, and the participant will be notified of the account details for payment and transfer.
